processWe have an extensive process in place to ensure that the partnership with your supplier in China runs as smoothly as possible.

Our strict procedures are designed with quality control and consistency in mind. We want you to receive a final product that you are delighted with and with our processes in place, we’re confident that this is what you will get when you work with us.

Our processes will vary between clients, but our outline procedure is as follows:

  1. Pre-production

The pre-production stage will include:

  • Financial stability audit of the Chinese manufacturer
  • Initial quality control audit
  • Capability study
  • Review of the order, drawings and specifications

These studies serve to ensure that the company is financially secure and able to produce the product to the client’s specification.

  1. Production Stage

Ongoing Quality Control Audit

This audit involves daily contact with the manufacturer as well as visits by our independent personnel, which can be made up to five times a week where necessary. This will monitor production and ensure that everything is running smoothly.

  1. Before Despatch

Quality Control Audit Final Inspection

Our final quality control audit will include a thorough check of all completed products against the client’s specification and order quantity.
